Christine Hill
Sales Team
Chrissy works within our inspection and sales team, helping with day-to-day enquiries, chasing sales and visiting properties for regular inspections. She also meets our clients as and when required to view properties for sale or rent.
Ruth Carter
Head of Property Development and Management (Lettings)
Oversees day-to-day operations, bringing extensive lettings experience and a strong focus on client service.
Emma Maddox
Referencing Team
Emma heads up our referencing team and ensures that your application for a property is activated and put through the relevant systems. She will organise your move and payments, and will be with you until the day your keys are handed over.
Monika Rybacka
Property Management Agent
Monika is experienced in property management and works with her portfolio of landlords day to day to ensure the smooth running of their properties, carrying out valuations, arranging appointments and dealing with all day-to-day enquiries from her clients.
Sally Day
Compliance
Sally works within our compliance team on the new Renters’ Rights Act 2026. With many changes coming to the industry, Sally deals with landlords, contractors and tenants to ensure that requirements and safety checks are carried out.

Repairs and Maintenance Team
Supports the team across day-to-day administration, keeping enquiries and internal jobs moving smoothly.
Paula Bailey
Lettings Team / Viewings
Arranges viewings and appointments and carries out property inventories, with an eye for detail clients trust.
Janey Rainbow
Head of Repairs and Maintenance
Coordinates repairs between landlords, tenants and contractors, drawing on 20+ years in customer service.
